I have a Fedora 11 installation on a Dell 2850 that is up-to-date as of
this writing. When a VNC client connects to the server, key repeats do
not function. This appears to be independent of which client I use.
The VNC log itself states that due to a missing "XKB extension" there is
"no way to support keyboard autorepeat settings". I've never
experienced this problem with any older Fedora systems.
I would greatly appreciate it if someone could offer some guidance on
solving this problem. Is this a TigerVNC problem or perhaps something
related to F11.
I've attached the vnc log.

The program 'gnome-settings-daemon' received an X Window System error.
This probably reflects a bug in the program.
The error was 'BadWindow (invalid Window parameter)'.

(Note to programmers: normally, X errors are reported asynchronously;
that is, you will receive the error a while after causing it.
To debug your program, run it with the --sync command line
option to change this behavior. You can then get a meaningful
backtrace from your debugger if you break on the gdk_x_error() function.)
