Hi, I went through the Tiger VNC source code and figured out that it is the
best free VNC application which support most of my requirements. While going
through Tiger VNC source code, I came to know that it has inbuilt Tunneling
support. Researching more on this, from
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Features/TigerVNC, I got the information that
it requires both client and server Tiger VNC.

*tigerVNC extensions (both client and server are tigerVNC):*

   - Automatic SSH tunneling on Unix

Currently, we have VNC server from Real VNC latest version but we are
planning to migrate to Tiger VNC server. I am planning to use PuTTy on
Windows machine and sshd on UNIX side to tunnel the VNC over SSH. But it
seems to require changing many of our components.

Could any one please help me to confirm that if I install Tiger VNC on UNIX
side then as per above, it will have SSH tunneling automatic in *reverse
connection as well*? Does that mean I need not to use PuTTy or any other
method to do explicit tunnel VNC over SSH?

Thanks.
