Hi,
I've tried to follow the build instructions I found here

I've installed MinGW, MinGW-w64, JDK, CMake 2.8, libjpeg-turbo (when
installing 32 it doesn't let you install the 64 version), and GnuTLS
but than I'm not sure what to run.
The buildtiger script is a bash script, how can I run it on windows?
Do I have to use a 64bit XP machine to build or can I use a 32bit machine?
If it's easier to cross compile on linux, can you please explain how?
The readme left it as an exercise for the reader.
Is it suppose to work on vista and win7?
When compiling the windows version, will I get a portable executable file
or will it make any changes to the registry or other files on the system?
