I'm fine with that, but it shows that a some point we might need richer detection than just "this is plain text". In the case of CSV, for example, we might want to say "this is CSV, which is also plain text", so that if Tika has a CSV specific parser it uses it, and if not it uses a plain text parser. I don't think we need that now, but it just came to my mind reading your suggestion. -Bertrand
