Totally agreed, the driver must be the community's agreed upon vision
of where Tika is going.

In case of doubt, a poll, vote, or lazy consensus helps us decide
whether to commit something or not.

Yet we want to be agile and responsive, so occasional mistakes are
unavoidable, and with respectful dialog (as is happening all over the
Tika place now, that's great) things usually settle quickly.
