Yes, I would tend to agree, this error message is actually coming from
`mapnik`, but the doesn't mean it's a `mapnik` problem either, we'd need to see
more information about the configuration in use. I would really recommend using
Ubuntu 26.04 as it is released now and perhaps some of the underlying issues in
either `mod_tile` and/or `mapnik` might have been resolved.
