OSMXAPI has been dead as a doornail again the past hour or more. It was really good for an hour so there, a definite change from unusable to usable, though slow, for about an hour, then back to unusable. My timeout is currently set for 12 minutes.
I will not make any more observations unless asked, hope this has helped to pin down the problems.
