That looks like either an API or tah-client problem. I have just requested:
 ./tilesGen.pl xy 1047 1361 12
and it fails to output any .zip file in /tmp/uploaded and does not give any 
error message. Sorry, I am not familiar enough with the tah client to debug 
this.
