The Agilent Library in Palo Alto is working on a project to make HP/Agilent manuals available in .pdf form. I donated 100's of my manuals to their collection. They are scanning them in. I don't know the exact method by which an outside person accesses this collection, but I was told it was in response to many customer phone calls about manuals.
