I have an HP-5370B which has a power supply heatsink that
runs uncomfortably hot to the touch.(about 50C) The unit
appears to function just fine and the cooling fan is without
dust or air blockage.

Has anyone else noticed this "problem"? I'd rather not
dive-in and try to troubleshoot something that isn't really
broken. Although a hot heatsink isn't good for reliability.

All power supply voltages at the labeled internal test points
seem fine. I do not have a schematic or service manual on
hand.

Thanks in advance.
