Hello there, In the netherlands the leap second will be on national television. I have explaned the leap second for TV and Radio. I have shown the leap second using the hp 5071A. This will be broadcast on 31-12-2005 on TV. Only the HP sign has to be blank. It is nice that our national TV has this intrest. Is there also other countries where the leap second is on TV?
