Hi, They should work depending on the exact type. Check to make sure that the ports are not a DC short to ground. You can use a DC blocking capacitor on one port, but you might need a DC current path so you don't get an antenna fault on the Rx. 330R to ground on the RX side of the cap should do it, A small inductor in series with the resistor will reduce signal loss.
