AMU is Amplitude Measurement Unit; I think it's specific to Trimble. I don't know the context or the conversion between AMU and other units like dB/vHz or SNR or C/N. Google for words like AMU Amplitude Measurement GPS SNR and you'll get the idea. A couple references give formulas or conversion tables.
