You will probably find some discussion of similar things in the archives for the usenet group comp.protocols.time.ntp The basic answer is that the core of ntpd doesn't have anything like that. On the other hand, most of the "drivers" for local refclocks do. How are you getting time from your audio stream to ntpd? There is probably a line if your config file with a server 127.127.xx.yy line. What xx are you using?
