Hi:

This is not a frequency measuring test.
I wonder if there would be doppler on the return signal.
The transmit times are based on UTC seconds past the minute.
TX 2 seconds, listen 3 seconds, repeat.   They didn't say exactly where the 
transmitter is so the delay between them and your receiver will offset the 
times.

NOTE: times AND dates are UTC:
Date                From      To      Transmitted Frequency
     (UTC)                  UTC Hr:Min)            (MHz)

19 January 2008         05:00    06:00          6.7925
                         06:00    07:00          7.4075

20 January 2008         06:30    07:30          6.7925
                         07:30    08:30          7.4075
