No. It just fails to make the distinction that I am asking for... Stockholm, Sweden is UTC+1h as normal time and UTC+2h as summer time, not GMT+1h and GMT+2h as indicated in the above site. Let me rephrase it properly so that it is understood: Does anyone has a collected list of the legally accepted time scale and offset, such that distinctions such as that between UTC and GMT is maintained?
