They are both back here now. For a while, I could not even ping www.tapr.org, but tapr.org went fine, so it was not the browser.
Just an Internet gremlin I am sure... I have been moving the laptop between two wireless routers this morning, but it does not normally do that, unless I did it at just the wrong time.
