For some reason Mark hasn't responded yet... I expect he knows how to programatically determine screen size - my assumption, so it's probably wrong...
On the other hand, perhaps he's asking for formatting purposes. If everyone is using a 'large' screen, then Lady Heather can be designed to display more information on the 'average' screen real estate without scroll bars or multiple tabs.
