Searching the documentation gets two hits on "simulation". One says it might ignore the location you provide it if it's in simulation mode. The other says that when it tells you the type of fix (2D, 3D...), you can't tell if that's a simulated fix. While it was flying south, it did say the fix was invalid. But it gave me something in the lat/long fields and since I was logging things I logged it too. -- These are my opinions, not necessarily my employer's.
