We have an OT-21 Office Time here, which is presumably similar. The Antenna input is for GPS L1 5V, and the unit supplies Telco outputs. It can also take in telco signals and "re-time" them. You may have a beautiful GPSDO, albeit with 2.048MHz outputs...
