Many unanswered questions about how LightSquared got the FCC to do an
end run around established rulemaking procedures on such an important
issue. Woodward and Bernstein, where are you already?
You get far by knowing the procedures, sweet-talking the right way and
promise to resolve any corner issues, as there is not to be much.
Interesting reading. The Deere filing to FCC was an interesting reading
when it came. This follow-up shows that they haven't been just waiting
for a response.
