[time-nuts] Local GPS interference - sampling oscilloscopes

I had occasion to use a Tek DSO (TDS2014B) near a Thunderbolt the 
other day, and found that it seriously degraded the performance of 
the TBolt (apparently by blockling/desensitizing the front end).  The 
DSO was about 6 feet from the TBolt itself, and about 15 feet through 
a plaster ceiling and a shingled roof from the fancy choke-ring 
antenna at an altitude of -60 degrees or so.
