It should work fine.
BUT and there always is a but.
If you have an issue with the xmit antenna and significant inbalance that
may cause issues with the coax connected to the gps antenna
I do run the GPS antenna right using 1/2" low loss hardline next to the 5/8
hardline at up to 1 KW never noticed anything.
