There is also quite a plethora of information available regarding other's experiences, etc. with the design of such antennas by simply Googling "quadrifilar antenna design". I like to get a feel how things are going in the industry before delving into design of such critters. Starting off with more input usually lends a large amount of help to solving the problem.
