NIST Radio Station WWVB will be conducting a test of a phase-modulated
broadcast format beginning at 1900 UTC (1:00 PM MDT) Thursday, June 14
and ending at 1800 UTC (12:00 noon MDT) on Friday, June 29 2012. During
the test period, the normal WWVB broadcast will be restored for a one
hour period on *weekdays only*. Beginning Friday, June 15, and Mondays
through Fridays thereafter during the test period, the normal WWVB
broadcast will be restored from 1800 to 1900 UTC (12:00 -- 1:00 PM MDT).
The test will conclude prior to the insertion of a leap second into the
broadcast on June 30, 2012.
