Hi Oddly enough CDMA transmitters also have a similar carrier frequency spec. It's rarely discussed, since the required level of accuracy for the timing is so much tighter.

GSM and derivates have +/- 50 ppb as frequency requirement, no time requirement. Later derivates add time requirements. See ETSI and 3GPP specs, as freely available online.
