Does anybody have any knowledge of these beasts? I just bought a Vectronics DP 638.8 RF phase shifter for a project. Wondering if anyone has an idea of pinout/operation. I cant find a datasheet or anything on it. it appears to be a 24-30 volt and have 3 different frequency ranges dc-3GHz, 3-8 GHz, and 8-12.4 GHz..
