I don't know how much the Olimex board will cost, it will probably be slightly more again than the Cubie but considering the Olimex will have a more flexible power input scheme and some other nice features I would recommend it over this board. Olimex is also a long-running hobbyist-friendly business and sells through Digi-Key and other distributors, wheras Cubie is "kickstarted" and thus more likely to have some teething problems getting a product out the door.
