While sifting through some network logs in my day-job, I found where there was a solar flare on May 12th that may have had a negative impact
on our customer's GPS receivers with a 20 second loss of tracking all GPS SVNs. Depending on the geometry of the flare and where the greatest impact was the outage may or may not have been an issue.
