The OP says the GPSDO will be used to drive an HP5334B. Doesn't that imply that about one part in 10^10 (or 1E-10) is required. That is very easy to do with any GPSDO. OK maybe 1E-10 is not the right answer but fact that this is for the HP5334B should tell us what he needs.
