The amp/splitter I've bought from seller RDR-electronics on Ebay have been Minicircuits ZAPD-3DB-1575-3, 2-way GPS Antenna Splitter N-f. I didn't see any for sale right now but they show up from time to time. See item # 300915251060 to see what they look like.
