I'm looking for information about mounting (packaging) quartz crystals with conductive epoxy such as:
1. Recommended type of epoxy. 2. Curing time and temperature. 3. Surface preparation of the gold. 4. Experts/consultants in this area you could recommend. (Note: this refers to mounting the quartz blank in a package; not mounting a packaged device on a PC board, etc) Can anyone help me out? Thanks in advance.
