In order to test my upcoming Thunderbolt Monitor, I developed a small piece of software to allow me to generate controlled Primary and Supplemental timing packets per the Trimble spec. I think the result may be useful to those who own Trimble Tunderbolt monitoring tools, so I decided to make it available. It is very much beta at this point, but during my testing, I could not make it fail when talking to the Trimble Thunderbolt Monitor software.
