Note that Figure 2 and Figure 3 are reversed in that article (Figure
2 actually shows the NIST amp and Figure 3 shows the DeMarchi topology).
The schematic shown does not disclose any components, but gives
topology. Should not be too hard to populate and dimension.
The schematic is given, with values, as Figure 12 in the last
reference you cite:
