Superheated steam is steam raised above the saturation temperature, and so is dry, and could be any temperature above the boiling point at that pressure. Saturated steam under (positive or negative) pressure can boil at other temperatures, from memory (50 years ago!!) 30psi is 131 degC and 15psi is 115 degC.
