I remember having read (don't recall where...) that the HP5328B was a 
cost-reduction step wrt the A model...
I had a model A, then sold it and bought a B. The B has the 10811 instead of 
the 10544 as OCXO, and its
fan is much quieter than that of its older brother, very noisy.

All considered, I would not go back...
