Actually the FPGA is pretty fast. I doubt it will take more than 20% of the time the software that goes with the FPGA will take. Without the FPGA I suspect the pure software approach will take about 4X longer than FPGA + software. Been there done that ... Bob > > > > -- > These are my opinions.
