BTW, it can be a lot easier to create multiple, parallel devices in LTspice by using the "m" command. (Multiple series devices -- passives and diodes -- can be created with the "n" command.) The schematics look cleaner, too. (You want to annotate them so everyone knows that the one symbol represents "m" parallel devices.)
