Maybe I have a clue: on the usual auction site there is a new seller (since April 2015) from ShenZhen (Guangdong provice) that has a lot of OCXOs on sale. Not so far (~140km) there is another OCXOs seller (since 2005) in Guangzhou, the capital of Guangdong province.
