Fellow time-nuts,
As I came back home from my NYC trip, I found a nice little package in
the mail. It contained a T-shirt, pens and stickers. This is the added
benefit from becoming individual member to the Network Time Foundation.
I have made a donation prior to that.
What does Network Time Foundation do? Well, they maintain some of the
more important software that keep things running, including the NTPD code.
Why do I contribute this way? They are grossly underfunded, and this is
important stuff. While there are many ways to support the effort, I
decided I do have monetary means to do this.
It would be good if there where more companies supporting this activity too.
