Hi Jim, The 100K to 3G frequency range of the 8664A is what I'm looking for as a general signal source. The low phase noise needed will mostly be under 100MHz for work on clock, trigger and timing circuits. Thanks for the reply, Don

Just so folks know what phase noise you're shooting for: at 1 GHz, -110dBc @ 1kHz out, -135 @ 10kHz out, -150 @ 100k, -160 @ 1 M _______________________________________________ time-nuts mailing list -- time-nuts@lists.febo.com To unsubscribe, go to http://lists.febo.com/mailman/listinfo/time-nuts_lists.febo.com and follow the instructions there. _______________________________________________ time-nuts mailing list -- time-nuts@lists.febo.com To unsubscribe, go to http://lists.febo.com/mailman/listinfo/time-nuts_lists.febo.com and follow the instructions there.
