Hello Donald, That website is in the Netherlands (aka Holland), and so no, what it hears on 60Khz is the English MSF transmission from Anthorn in Cumbria, in the north-west of England. See the National Physical Laboratory's website page at: https://www.npl.co.uk/msf-signal
