I looked at all of the details and a breakout board works. These are SOIC-8's so the pin spacing is 1/2 of a normal IC. Believe .05". But still solderable. The NB3N502 is just a bit cheaper then the others and at least a bit of application data is out there. Another approach would be dead bug style on a copper ground plain. It will work.
