I have a non-working Z3816A. Looking at the unit from the front, on the right-hand side near the front are two status LEDs. One is green, the other red. Is this a fault indication? Not much happening with the the RS-232 either.
I am open to suggestions for repair or would also consider purchasing a working unit. I want to put this back on the air. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks so much!
