Does anyone have a spare HV PS board (just the small board with the xformer and
the two diode ladders in silicone potting) for an FTS 4060? My +3kv circuit
seems to have died and the board is not easy to repair due to the potting.

BTW, I did find that the board is not as hard to remove as it looks. Here is my
procedure:

1) Remove the hex socket screws that hold the cesium tube assembly onto the
outer chassis.

2) Detach the ribbon connector from the main PS board.

3) Slide the chassis out a few inches on the bottom side of the unit. (You may
have to disconnect the distribution buffer assembly on the top side first).

4) Unscrew the two high voltage connectors and the plastic connector with the
two orange wires (BTW, if anyone knows how to detach that connector please let
me know - I ended up unsoldering the wires from the PC board).

5) Slide the whole power supply board out of the cesium assembly.

6) Remove the two screws and detach the small HV sub-board from the main PS
board. Voila!

I would be happy to send PayPal for item and shipping to Colorado.

Thanks!

Jim
