[time-nuts] DAC for OCXO disciplining

I’ve used the 16 bit Maxim MAX5541CSA and the 18 bit Analog Devices AD5680. 
Both work well. Took me a while to learn the AD5680 uses SPI mode 2. For me, 16 
bits gives 76 uV step size, 70 uHz.
