As Steve said, most emphatically yes. Also, you can wear protective goggles under them (or both glasses and protective goggles if need be).
*Remember* that the OptiVisor is a magnifier, *not* a pair of safety glasses (just look at all that unprotected area where flying debris could get to your eyes from below the lenses). If your work requires eye protection, use safety glasses/goggles under the OptiVisor.
