No, I don't really see the need - while there have been a few cases where 
servers have looked bad from my server but good from most other places on 
the net, these have been rare.

Now, shouldn't be the lag - ping to your server is 40ms which is quite good.

But your server is currently 0.8s off - this is pretty bad, ntpd can usually 
keep servers synchronized to within a few ms (5-20) over the Internet.  So 
there is something seriously wrong - but your server doesn't answer to 
'ntpq -pn' requests, so I can't tell.
