But it is possible to use ntpd to monitor a list of servers without
severely impacting their performance (by using noselect and
increasing maxpoll and minpoll)

>From this list one can evaluate server performance and remove ones
that have high delay (>60 for my standard) and high jitter (>20 for
my standard again).
