Doh! I think that was my fault. Apologies!
When I was doing some updates earlier I temporarily stopped the zone
updates to make sure it wouldn't make a bad zone update while the
database was in a funny state.
Of course I forgot to enable it again; doh! (I ran an update an hour
ago to test something but didn't realize it was still not in cron and
you might have been unlucky and ended up in a busy zone in both
updates -- it's just randomizing it).
